- Parametrización y seguimiento diario de nuestro sistema informático dentro de las operaciones (Warehouse Management System (WMS)).
- Apoyo directo en primera línea en las operaciones (resolución de problemas, formación, pruebas,..).
- Contacto continuo con el Helpdesk centralizado en Bélgica para la resolución de problemas y petición de cambios/mejoras.
- Análisis de datos para confección de los diferentes reportes de la actividad.
- Análisis de los flujos logísticos de nuestros clientes actuales
- Análisis de los datos logísticos centrándose en la optimización de los procesos existentes y/o la aplicación de nuevos procesos.
- Análisis de los datos de apoyo al KAM (Key Account Manager) de la actividad
- Tareas relacionas con la gestión de los sistemas de gestión; inventario, reorganización del almacén, etc.
- Experiência en el entorno logístico, muy valorable experiência en operaciones de comercio electrónico/a.
- Muy valorable formación académica a nível de Licenciatura / Diplomatura en área Informática o Ingeniería.
- Imprescindible inglés hablado con fluidez.
- Fuerte afinidad con IT.
- Conocimiento profundo del Office y son un plus conocimientos de SQL y VBA.
- Valorable conocimientos de WMS y parametrización EDI
