In order to complete our Security and Compliance Department, we are currently looking for a
Technology Expert - Identity and Access Management.


A day in the life of...

  • Provide deep specialist guidance and support in their specific specialties (e.g. Privileged Access Management including Privileged Password Management and Privileged Session Management, Identity Management, Password Management).
  • Support the integration of solutions with various technologies.
  • Support and influence the technical activity (design, build, testing) in significant or complex innovation initiatives, accountable to the Innovation for the delivery and quality of technical deliverables.
  • Make recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through use of (emerging) technology and technical methods and methodologies.
  • Provides the product team with technical expertise, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision.
  • Participate in the development of and/or review of standards, documentation and methods of working in the relevant area of expertise.
  • Develop measures and contribute to the SCI
  • Security & Compliance Index
  • Perform preliminary studies, general systems specifications and detailed systems specifications.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all solutions within their technology area are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Participate in peer reviews of deliverables and carry out formal and informal reviews of technical designs, standards, documentation and/or implementations.
  • Provide guidance, directions and, if needed, technical support to product teams, mentoring and sharing technology knowledge with the teams.
  • Work with IS/IT Innovation managers, Product managers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects and Business Analysts as required to ensure any solution within their specific specialism fits with strategic and technical direction.
  • Assist others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommend smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) solutions
  • Liaise closely with suppliers and vendors, for example where thirdparty work or packages involve significant functional, technical, process, data or integration decisions.

What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management including Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Experienced in large implementations such as Privileged Password Management (PPM), Privileged Session Management (PSM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Azure Conditional access, Just in Time and Multifactor authentication (MFA).
  • Experience in IAM Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS. GCP) and hybrid environments
  • Experience of resolving technical issues, including those involving 3rd parties.
  • Preferably certification in corresponding technical fields.
  • Excellence in the technology domain of specialism including successfully leading technical evaluations.
  • Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as agile software development, rapid prototyping and DevOps, project management principles).
  • Understanding and knowledge of IS/IT standards and controls.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills.
  • Ability to understand the financial impact of technology alternatives.
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual team.
