We are hiring a
Short Term Planner who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

Are you a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team?

What you will do:

Creating Work Packages including scheduled tasks and unscheduled tasks for defect rectification and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with Logistics that the required material is available to perform such tasks.
Coordinate with Line Stations the required manpower and ground time to perform such tasks.
Control of the maintenance provider's performance.
Make sure that the status of the Aircraft cabin is appropriate for the customers. This is done in coordination with the Customer Care department.
Registration assignment, in coordination with OCC

What you will need:

Degree in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent
12 years of previous experience in the Airline operations department and a high understanding of the aviation operational environment.
Responsible and organized person.
Knowledge of AMOS / AIMS.
Availability to travel.
Fluent English and Spanish compulsory. Italian and French will be considered a plus.
Knowledge of EASA Regulation (Part M, Part 145), EWIS, and Fuel Tank Safety will be considered a plus.
Used to work under pressure.
Willing to work on shifts.
