Functions:

Invoice processing

Complaint processing

Transport processing

Transport damage processing

Contact with forwarding agents

Administrative prework for the department

Editing carrier lists

Goods receiving and transport inspection

Competences:

Ideally 6 months to 2 years of freight and clearing experience with freight forwarders.

Experience with worldwide shipments and Incoterms

Good communication skills

Required:

Experience - 2 years

Bachelor / Degree Administration

Languages:
English - B2; German B2
