Position Summary:

At NexGen Cloud, we are seeking a Client Liaison Administrative Assistant to join our team in Marbella.

This role is pivotal within our investor relations function, as we aim to provide seamless administrative operation and an efficient finance administration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing investor meetings, calls, and conferences.
  • Maintain investor databases and records.
  • Prepare and distribute investor communications and reports.
  • Handle routine correspondence with investors and external parties.
  • Check antimoney laundering registration.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate financial data is provided to investors.
  • Assist in compliance and regulatory filing requirements.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files related to investor relations.
  • Compose and update investor presentation materials.
  • Assist in the creation of investorrelated documents and reports.
  • Create sales reports frequently to the Founders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in a finance administration role.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in CRM Management a must.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Immaculate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Good to have:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications.
  • Exposure to cloud computing technologies and cloud GPU service providers.
