We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative Renewable Energy to provide high-level customer support for our client, who is a leading global specialist in systems and solutions for photovoltaic technology and renewable energy.
In this occasion, we are looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative Renewable Energy with a native level of FRENCH and advanced English language skill.
Responsible tasks include answering complex technical customer issues by phone and online web tools and to provide support to other departments of our client.
The Technical Customer Support Representative Renewable Energy is responsible for using communication and troubleshooting skills to provide customer support to electrical installers and end customers of our client.
We offer:
- Permanent fulltime contract.
- Working hours from 8 to 1
- Competitive salary of 21000 gross/annual euros gross/annual euros of incentives.
- 5 weeks training under contract.
- Training start date 26/06/23 and training hours from 8 to 1
- Office based work with a later possibility of working remote.
Requirements:
- A technical associate degree or equivalent combination of education is required. An electro technical qualification is preferred.
- Basic understanding of mathematical concepts, including graphical representation of data
- Deeper interest of PV/Solar technology and systems: PV/Solar

- Native or bilingual
- English
- Advanced (B2-C1)
