  • Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
  • Support Plan & Execute brand communication, Digital Publishing and Partner Publishing across all integrated marketing activities in alignment with Spain priorities to build brand hype while driving market share and net sales within respective marketplace. Deliver value to our communities through engaging content delivered and community management via our digital and social ecosystems, creating the best social strategy with the right content, right partner, right moment, and right place.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and support planning Zone Brand activation, NR & Publishing strategy across selected categories.
  • Build & maintain a strong partner portfolio linked to our campaigns and brand priorities.
  • Support the team to land the brand and social strategy following global guidelines, with the best local ecosystem portfolio being pioneer, creative, reactive and efficient.
  • Support plan & Execute partner publishing and digital publishing in our touchpoints with relevant and impactful local content and effective paid media plans.
  • Ensure all content is fully optimized across relevant channels via tagging, linking and rapidly implementing any new social media technology.
  • Manage the category investments in accordance with the country activation plan.
  • Analyze the performance of key campaigns and feedback input to country Senior Manager
  • Support Planning & Execute all brand marketing tactics aligned with brand standards, onbudget/ontime meeting KPIs.
  • Partner closely with local marketing teams to ensure that all activations are in sync with marketplace touchpoints to enable commercial extension in point of sale across Wholesale, DTC and CRM/membership.
  • Partner closely with Sports Marketing and Culture country Manager to utilize the key portfolio by integrating partners in category holistic campaigns.
  • Report category brand marketing MWB execution and ROI analysis process on Country level.
  • Manage publishing, moderation, and community management of relevant social channels.
  • Support the engagement of the community actively and responsively, both in relevant outside communities and existing own channels, paid media and partners monitor consumer conversation in real time (reacting to queries, resolving negative experiences and identifying areas relevant for further brand engagement and enhancement)
  • Key Relationships:
  • Advertising, Public Relations, Key Retailers, Legal, Sport Marketing, Culture and social platforms leads
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Creative Thinking.
  • TikTok expert (trends, manage creators, create and edit content with mobile)
  • Football knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Negotiation skills and MWB management
  • Ability to manage external partners and marketing agencies.
  • Exposure to marketing campaign development and execution. Ability to manage the implementation of a strategic campaign within the social media space
  • Understanding and experience of the digital landscape and all social media channels
  • Content creator. Natural storyteller and visual communicator
  • Connection with media and partners in the country of location will be considered a plus.
  • Broad understanding of and passion for the sports, fashion & entertainment industry
  • Understanding of social media moderation and conversation analysis. Experience as community manager.
  • Working knowledge of analytics systems and tools, standard CMS platforms and digital channels. Experience with marketing & media KPIs
  • Consumer and customerminded brand builder and implementation driven personality who understands all marketing disciplines and how to orchestrate them across categories across all distribution channels.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel): advanced
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Marketing
  • Advanced digital degree desired
  • 5+ years of Marketing roles and industry experience
  • Native Spanish and fluent in English
