Sales:


Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories.

This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.


We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.


About the role:

This role goes beyond traditional sales — it's about creating an impactful customer strategy, leading negotiations, and pioneering innovations that drive growth.

Your responsibilities:


  • Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer i.e. NR, COP, Gross Margin, NWC
  • Building long term partnership with the customers
  • Responsible for the promotional strategy per customer, and promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimization)
  • Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt Benckiser commercial strategy and the customers trading terms
  • Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer
  • Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation
  • Continuous improvement in the management of the accounts by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories

The experience we're looking for:


  • Minimum 2 years FMCG experience as Account Manager in National Accounts or/and 5 years in Regional account
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial and selfmotivating
  • Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams
  • Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
