Ryanair Engineering delivered by SIAM is one of four facilities in Europe that make up the Ryanair Heavy Maintenance Engineering group.

At the facility in Seville, we are responsible for conducting extensive base maintenance checks on Ryanair's fleet of Boeing aircraft.

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Aircraft Mechanics to join our dedicated team.

We are currently looking for:

TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements:

Duties will include:

Preparing and archiving all paperwork from courses
Liaise with RYR Stansted Training team
Creating training course calendar for respective MRO
Act as Internal Verifiers and as Exam Invigilators
Enrolment of students onto training courses
Liaising with area managers and liaison engineers to ensure requirements of the trainee programs are achieved.
Liaise with respective MRO management teams on training Totara matters
Coordinate all training issues (eg. update training documentation, update training registers, update training statistics register)
Liaise with local colleges on OJT opportunities/open days

Expectations:

Strong IT skills

Fluent English

Strong organizational and planning skills

Strong communication (written & oral)

Must have initiative; be enthusiastic and understand the importance of professional integrity

Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly

Experience in aviation advantageous

Knowledge of AMOS advantageous
