    SuccessFactors EC-ECP Project Manager

    The Project Manager is responsible for managing the successful implementation of country projects that are part of a larger program within the SuccessFactors environment.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Manages project deliverables, scope, and expectations while coordinating progress with stakeholders and program management.
    • Independently interfaces with all functional and business areas affected by the project.
    • Works closely with Resource Managers to ensure proper resource allocation.
    • Develops and tracks detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, and risk mitigation plans.
    • Makes project decisions and recommendations to program management.
    • Communicates and reports project status to management and stakeholders.
    • Provides leadership to project teams.
    • Employs project management best practices and methodologies.
    • Identifies training needs within the project team.
    • Manages the project budget and ensures customer satisfaction meets targets.
    • Monitors project deliverables and ensures compliance with standards.
    • Works with third-party providers to deliver commitments.

    Your Experience:

    • Minimum 4 years' experience in IT-project management.
    • Background in SAP payroll implementation or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
    • Certification in at least two SuccessFactors modules.
    • Vendor management experience.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Experience in the HR domain.
    • Ideally PMP certification or similar.
    • HR consulting and/or outsourcing industry experience.

    • Implementing technology solutions through all project phases.
    • Fluent in English.
