Gather the best possible travel content for a traveller by obtaining it from direct suppliers (airlines) or indirect suppliers (agencies, wholesalers, etc), as well ground transport carriers & providers worldwide.


  • Regularly monitoring the airline industry in order to identify all airlines and suppliers which are at risk, warn the finance department prior to a potential bankruptcy and be proactive to try preventing financial loss for the company.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Target new potential suppliers [partners or carriers], negotiate and close the deals.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations with the existing suppliers in order to get the better content. Either by negotiating better fares or better reward for the sales.
  • Manage to retain and develop the supplier relationship via analysis, reports, and regular meetings to optimize the portfolio of Airlines, Booking and Ticketing partners.
  • Negotiate, summarize, and provide operational (with CS or GDS team) and financial (reporting, invoicing) data collection from suppliers, as well their maintenance and continuous optimization.
  • Attend for internal and external efforts to implement new integrations in order to release them in production. This involves gathering materials and information that were required for the implementation, facilitation of communication between all engaged parties, while following the internal procedures and checklists.
  • Intermediate and escalate to the Supplier's responsible, as well the "Leader of Key Supplier Managers", in case of significant issues with suppliers, what must be done with the relevant details and technical summaries. Also manage to mitigate and/or avoid similar future issues.
  • Reflect all business activities in internal materials and tools (CRM, reporting tools, pipeline tools...) in order to allow the alignment within the team.

Technical/Professional qualification:


  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the Travel industry, preferably in airline's content and fares distribution.
  • Demonstrable experience within complex negotiations.
  • Advanced digital skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Chrome, basic Analytical tools).
  • Advanced level of English (B2) written and spoken.
  • Desired basic knowledge about GDSs (Global Distribution Systems).

Personal/Leadership skills:


  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented, reliable and accurate person.
  • Interpersonal relationship skills, ability to build rapport with individuals of different cultures.

Specific role requirement:


  • Availability to travel.
  • Have contact to multiple travel industry professionals.
