We're growing rapidly and looking for a talented Supply Chain Coordinator.

Taster is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to join the Madrid office, who will focus on supporting Supply Chain operations in Spain.

Linked to the Supply Chain team, the Supply Chain Coordinator will adhere to and improve Taster processes to ensure all sites are fully stocked.

We are looking for a team member with a background in Hospitality operations or Supply Chain & Logistics that has a proactive and supportive attitude.

You will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager SP & UK.


What responsibilities we're looking for in this role

• Assisting sites with issues that have arisen from deliveries and supporting them with stock where possible.
• Supporting with the setup of the Supply Chain for newly onboarded licensees
• Informing sites and Account Managers of potential changes to stock that will affect operations
• Requesting and retrieving credit notes from suppliers and reconciling invoices to check for discrepancies
• Managing supplier relationships and ensuring delivery problems are communicated to them
• Ensuring that our OneSource inventory system is kept updated following changes to delivery schedules
• Searching for and arranging substitutes for sites when our suppliers become out of stock.

What qualifications we are looking for in this role

• Previous experience of communicating with or handling food suppliers is desirable but not essential
• Previous experience in Supply Chain or related studies
• A computer savvy individual with good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• English speaking required with French speaking as advantage
• Ability to meet daily deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to use own initiative
