Your Role

Are you eloquent in your articulation and confident in both written and verbal
communication? Are you detail-oriented, meticulously organized, and possess great
analytical skills? Do you wish to improve your knowledge on
financial business matters of an international organization? Then this position is exactly what you are looking for

Our Finance team is responsible for ensuring the most important aspect of any business is fulfilled, staying profitable.

Ensure all documentation is correctly filled in, recorded, and filed in order to maintain organization and accurate representation of the company's statements at all times.


You will also be responsible for handling the administration of our own team recruits and assisting them in their onboarding process.

Provide support before our new employees arrive with all the necessary documentation and legal aspects.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the administration of the office and ensure that the office is 100% equipped and set for work.


Requirements:


  • Be a student or graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Wellspoken and polished presentation
  • Fluent English and strong writing skills Spanish and/or French desired
  • Extremely organized and attentive to detail Internationally minded
  • Creative and hardworking
  • Excel, Word, basic Photoshop and Acrobat knowledge
  • Legal documentation to work and reside in Spain is absolutely required (assistance provided

Responsibilities:


  • Weekly tracking and reviewing clients and partner's payments
  • Tracking expenditures and keeping bank statements updated
  • Account reconciliations
  • Payment processing
  • Support HR in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
  • Office maintenance
  • Hardware devices inventory management
  • Maintaining administration requirements and office code of conduct
  • Office mailing management
