1.Analytics and Reporting:
- Manage and consolidate data from various sources to generate comprehensive reports on agent performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools, including Excel and Power BI, to extract valuable insights from data.
Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct indepth competitive analysis by researching and monitoring industry competitors.
- Analyze competitors' pricing strategies, market share, and customer base.
Agent Relationship Management:
- Serve as point of revenue support for agents, addressing their concerns, and providing datadriven solutions to improve their business in terms of commissions, rates and/or transactions required.
Market Research:
- Continuously monitor the market and track changes in exchange rates, identifying potential effects on agent activity.
- Analyze market trends to recommend strategic adjustments.
Performance Evaluation:
- Regularly assess agent satisfaction with the company's (revenue) and identify areas for improvement. (CC, RA, Fx)
Geospatial Analysis:
- Utilize tools such as Google Earth to map the locations of key agents and their nearest competitors, optimizing exchange rates to benefit agents.
Reporting and Action Planning:
- Generate periodic reports for management, providing insights into daily production, agent performance, and geographic trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans for business development based on the data analysis.
Exchange Rate Optimization:
- Collaborate with agents to improve exchange rates, comparing them with competitors and considering factors such as distance and agent potential.
- Desirable, but not mandatory bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, or Economics.
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service will be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and desirable Power BI.
- Understanding of exchange rate management and its impact on business activities.
- Strong aptitude for negotiating with agents, understanding their needs, and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for conveying value propositions and building strong relationships with agents.
