Overview:
The Marketing Department of IE University Lifelong Learning is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its team.

The Marketing Manager will be in charge of the marketing strategy and execution of the assigned programs portfolio. They will have a strong focus in results through the whole conversion funnel, especially in lead generation.

Responsibilities:

The tasks will include:

Definition and execution of the Marketing Plan for the assigned portfolio
Campaigns management
Landing pages management
Contents management
Social Media: Linkedin in mail, Linkedin Sponsor content, facebook,
Brochures management
Planning and executing A/B test for Conversion Rate Optimization
Measuring and reporting the results of the campaigns
Insights identification to improve results
Managing agencies

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role as Marketing Manager, preferably in education
Experience managing digital campaigns
Strong focus in results
Good knowledge of digital tools: Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Power BI,.
Good analytical and numerical skills
Fluent in Spanish and English
Knowledge of Inbound Marketing (Hubspot ideally)
