Role / Responsibility

Implementing, and maintaining the company's endpoint infrastructure using Microsoft Intune and other technologies;
Configure, deploy, and manage devices at enterprise level based on organizational needs and goals;

Qualifications

Holder of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
Proven technical experience in endpoint management;
Handson experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID is required (certification is a plus);
Knowledge in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness;
Knowledge of Web Services and programming languages like JSON is required;
Knowledge and handson experience using Powershell scripting and Graph API is required;
Knowledge of cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, GCP. Experience is a plus;
Working knowledge of IT service, change and problem management (ITIL Foundation is a plus);
Strong problemsolving skills with accuracy and attention to detail;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
Excellent organization skills, ability to systematize and prioritize;
Attentive focus on endusers and business goals, with ability to translate business needs into IT specifications.
