Louis Vuitton, the worlds leading luxury brand, is looking for a Client Analyst Assisstant to join the Mediterranean region, reporting directly to the Head of Client Development for the region.


The main purpose of this role is to drive the clients' loyalty and develop the store capacity to do Clientele in an omni-channel environment in a six-country complex region.


To be successful in this role you will have solid analytical skills to extract, interpret and convert main client KPI's into concrete actions for our retail teams.

You will mainly support our CRM Manager with analytics and reporting tasks.

Your role will be:


  • Exploit automated analytical tools to extract data from different sources
  • Followup KPIs so that business performance and client behaviour can be assessed and compared over periods of time and between country/regions
  • Prepare presentations for the top management to share client insights and trends, using relevant client data
  • Share final analytical data and conclusions with the stakeholders to support them in taking important decisions based on various facts and trends
  • Close collaboration with IT & BI teams for adhoc developments and cocreation of new analytical tools and data models.
  • Support key stakeholders in the different regions and areas with the related client requests they might have

PROFIL

What is important for the role:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar/relevant role
  • Strong mathematical/analytical skills.
  • Experience in analyzing client behavior is highly desirable.
  • Experience in data visualization is required. Proficiency in PowerBI and SQL is definitively a plus
  • Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work.
  • High level of both Spanish and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable in the adoption and usage of new tools and technology.
  • Good interpersonal skills, great team collaborator.
  • Interested in fashion and culture.
  • 6 Months contract, extendable to a year.
  • Eligible to do a Contrato de Practicas
