Job Description:
Join our Revenue Growth Management Team

As an RGM Analyst you will report to the Head of Revenue & Growth Planning, this role is supporting the decision making with relevant data on topics such as pricing interventions, improvements on promotional and other trade investments via crafting clarity on the different
_revenue-growth-management_ pillars, working with local teams to implement key opportunities and supervising execution.

About this Role


You will be responsible for:

  • Pricing:
  • Supports multilens market analyses (5Cs: context, consumer, customer, competition and climate) for pricing opportunity identification and impact estimation
  • Monitors pricing execution and evaluation via consolidating and crafting summary reports across accounts, channels and/or regions
  • Promo:
  • Performs pre and postM&E analysis (i.e. return on investment)
  • Identifies promo opportunities based on M&E takeaways
  • Provides analytical support to sales function in promotion decisions and calendar optimization
  • Trade Investment:
  • Builds visibility on current trade investment health, including adherence to global architecture and true conditionality and compliance
  • Develops proposals to allocate trade investment across channels and customers based on customer segmentation
  • Identifies and prioritizes opportunities to optimize trade architecture and to move to Joint Business Planning (JBP) where possible
  • Support sales teams on strong sellin story argumentation
  • Monitor execution (e.g., consolidate and build summary reports across accounts, channels, regions)
  • Consolidate standard processes and lessons learned
  • Supports the embedding of NRM enabler plans (data, systems, processes)

About you

  • Strong analytical skills the individual must be able to follow instructions to perform complicated financial analyses, as well as to resolve basic analyses required to support the markets in their NRM decisions (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues and present results)
  • Commercial and financial skill, ideally including time spent in planning, pricing and/or sales
  • Interpersonal skills sophisticated writing and interpersonal skills, able to agree with and persuade individuals at levels senior to him or her
  • Digital literacy familiarity with computers and sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint required
  • Proficient in English
