ICFO is offering a postdoctoral position to a well-qualified, highly motivated and dynamic young scientist who wishes to enhance his/her scientific career in a friendly and stimulating environment.

The project is focused on the development of materials and devices thereof based on Pb/Hg - free colloidal quantum dots with a focus on III-V CQDs The aim of the project is to optimize the material properties as well as the device stack on a die level followed by integration of the optimum QD stack on a full image sensor in collaboration with industrial partners.
