We are looking for an
English speaking - Customer Representative to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

  • Fulltime contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday 10:00 19:00.
  • Salary offer: 17,923 Euros gross/year + bonus up to 1,200 Euros gross/year.

What you'll experience at Webhelp
As a
Customer Representative in our team, you will:

  • Escalate potential service issues. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
  • Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
  • Provide cover for other advisors in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.
  • Liaise with Supervisors/ Mentors on specific projects where requested.
  • Understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness, and overtime forms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work on additional tasks required by Supervisor or Mentor connected to keeping up the service performance, quality and customer satisfaction.

We'll be a great match if you:

  • Have a native level of English language.
  • Have a good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
  • Have customer care skills ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs.
  • Possess basic sales skillsUpselling and crossselling.
  • Come with the ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution.
