SUMMARY
Responsible for analysing, planning and supporting Sales Budgets and Business

Objectives in cross-functionality with the Business Analyst and other Department

Analysts.

The profile will work on developing tools to anticipate Business targets and Metrics to

address risks and opportunities to support Retail and Business Directors.

He/she will support the Retail teams developing tools to project and forecast KPI ́s and

will provide regular stats and reporting.

Liaison with the Business Analysts to provide a clear path to jointly drive the business.

He/she will unify Retail sales budgeting and planning to produce one unique outcome

when reporting.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Planning
Establish, develop and maintain the critical path for the yearly Sales

Budgeting/Forecasting and Mapping process

Provide ahead of the quarters the relevant Budgets and KPI ́s targets to RM ́s for

thorough follow up

Develop the relevant tools to identify upfront the risks and opportunities in the

calendar and per brands within the months

Develop the relevant tools to project sales and KPI ́s by brand ahead of the quarters

and in conjunction with every single Campaign to support the growth

Develop specific Task Forces of brands to accelerate business needs

Support analysis on sales trends, footfall pattern and KPI ́s pattern

Retail Reporting

Daily Sales, WTD and Weekly Sales Reports ensuring Retail data is coherent

Weekly Drivers Top 25 (Tier 1 + Tier 2) results, KPI ́s and next month projections (4

weeks) aligned with other Villages targets and KPI ́s

Weekly Customer profile analysis through Coniq, drilled down to Drivers and crossed

with other Villages results by nationality

AAR ́s to address learnings and missed opportunities

MBR ́s & QBR ́s support in liaison with the Business Analyst to provide Retail plans &
metrics


Support RM ́s:
Provide Sales budgets/forecasts and metrics ahead of the quarters

Provide Sales by brands and KPI ́s projected for the next 5 weeks

Provide metrics per Campaign to support each RM portfolio


Projects & Systems:
Improve outcomes delivered by PowerBI in between Retail Systems Champion* and

Group

Improve outcomes delivered by The Cube in between Retail Systems Champion and

Group

Support the outcomes delivered by Coniq and additional functionalities

Create a Daily Sales report and analyse opportunities to develop additional

outcomes.

Support the born of any software for budgeting and forecasting purposes
- tbc Retail Systems Elite User / Retail Systems Support

Marketing & Tourism

Liaison with the Marketing & Tourism Analysts to jointly share metrics and KPI ́s

upfront

Liaison with the Marketing & Tourism Analysts to jointly conclude AAR ́s

Finance

Liaison to ensure Sales budgeting and mapping deadlines are accomplished

Liaison to identify discrepancies and analyse deviations within the Sales

Budgets/Forecast and Mapping


Requirements:


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Graduate / Postgraduate in a Business University with degree level

Strong business experience of 4/5 years

Master in Excel, very strong on numbers to make calculations and forecast together

with the Retail Director

Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving and results oriented skills

Strong communication skills to engage business decision makers

Ability to adapt well to different situations and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced

environment

Knowledge and experience of other programmatic tools and systems

Computer literate for reporting and presentations
