Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Web Governance Project Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies
:

This role will focus on Support Service Operations Platforms and maintaining the Production Partner Onboarding Process.

Support Service Operations Platforms

  • Goal of optimizing the service operations process and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, provide reporting/forecasting transparency, and tracking SLAs
  • As a project manager, the expectations are to manage the ongoing enhancements and requirements for the service operations platform.
  • Be the product owner for a SCRUM team
  • As a business analyst, the expectations are to work with the service owners, product owners and the delivery unit to identify the requirements for the project and to ensure that the project will meet its desired objective and outcomes
  • Experience with service operations processes: global, customercentric scenario, process mapping and requirements gathering
  • Experience with service operation tools, specifically JIRA and service now.
  • Experience with agile SCUM teams
Production Partner Onboarding Process

  • Maintain and update the production partner training curriculum with the support of the service owners
  • Enhance and improve the onboarding process to minimize manual steps
  • Work with the team admin to ensure the production partner team is properly onboarded
Mandatory Skills

  • 5+ years working as a Project Manager Specialized in Web Governance
  • Experience in running metrics and creating report templates for KPI Measurement
  • Proven competency in data analytics and qualitative aspects of Web Performance
  • Strong business acumen with a positive, pragmatic attitude.
  • Proven ability to implement appropriate qualitative assessments and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
