What will be your challenge?

We are looking for our new Underwriting Wordings Operations role to work with the Global Financial Lines Team within the CI Central Underwriting Team.

You will be closely working with the Corporate Center teams, Receiving and Producing Zurich Countries (RC & PC).

What will be your role?
You will be a key contributor of various initiatives and your key tasks & accountabilities will be:

Network Queries

Manage the shared mailbox established for the FL products and define required actions.
Answer the queries and / or coordinate with Line of Business team
Coordination with the corresponding resolution team (NEO, MIA, IPS, etc)

User guides and SharePoint

Developing and keeping user guidelines up to date. Reinforcing usage of user guidelines into the Zurich Network. Uploading user guidelines to the SharePoint
Uploading news, capability sheets, country restrictions
Maintenance of training material and uploading updates into the SharePoint

Wording Library and Roll out

Wording / endorsement library management keeping the documentation up to date
Country and Product Capabilities
Communication
Plan and facilitate new wording roll outs as well as upgrades of existing products.
Send reminders, follow up with the network, update the corresponding tracker

LOB Champions

Engage and manage Product Champions Network. Keep fluent communication with the country responsible
Manage & communicate process changes to the Product Champions Network, collect feedback about product and process improvements
Organize & provide support to the UW Central team in required trainings
Improve collaboration between UWs Organization of dedicated webinars

Digitalization & Performance

Work closely with wording digitalization project team
Reflect any product / process changes in the required IPZ systems / tools (wording digitalization, MIA, NEO, IPS, etc.)
Participate and being part of the Business testing team
Analyze current capabilities, portfolio landscape
Run and analyses IPS contract issuance reports to tackle capability issues in the Network

What will you need to succeed in the role?

Experience in insurance with underwriting / underwriting service background (would be an advantage)
Understanding about the Policy Issuance processes and the life cycle of an International Program (would be an advantage)
High education diploma (Bachelor or Master's degree) in Business Administration, International Business, Law or equivalent
Previous experience working in multinational projects
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Organizational and problemsolving skills
Team player with facilitation and coordination skills
Knowledge of agile methodology
Good communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
Fluent in English (other languages is an advantage)
