_ What you'll be doing?_

  • Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilful and professional way
  • You can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions
  • Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
  • Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador

Requirements:


_ What skills & experience you'll bring to us?_

  • A fluent level of
    Finnish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
  • High level of
    English (Both written and spoken)
  • A high level of _Spanish_ would be a plus.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving

Benefits

_ What do we offer?_

Contract:Permanent (1-month probation period)

Full-time: 20 hours/week

Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 10AM - 2PM or 11AM - 3PM

Salary: € gross per month

Holidays: 24 per calendar year

Hybrid model: Working from the office 3 times a month, the rest work from home.

Training: 3 weeks
  • Monday to Friday, (Hybrid, first day in the office)

Start date: March/April
