- Develop a profound understanding of the Serialization solutions implemented to meet Lilly's global serialization strategy for packaging.
- Assist Packaging sites worldwide in enhancing processes and implementing technology upgrades for serialization to reduce costs and production issues.
- Provide technical leadership for major capital projects related to the Serialization Process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align serialization solutions with packaging site requirements.
- Contribute to the technical design of technologies supporting serialization solutions.
- Participate in serialization change management governance and prioritize the change agenda.
- Offer serialization support for site audits as necessary and provide technical support to packaging engineering groups.
- BS in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Capability to collaborate across different boundaries.
- Thorough technical knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with technological advancements in packaging.
- Travel requirement up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
- Occasional work in various manufacturing environments with safety equipment.
- On-site position, not remote.
