Digital Lead Distribution

Main Purpose:
The Digital Lead Distribution is an expert in the domain from both a business and technology/data perspective.

Has a good understanding of the overall functional portfolio and in partnership with IT & Distribution partners, may lead the delivery of global programs and capabilities.

They have organizational credibility and can influence strategy in their area.

Scope (global, regional or local): Global

Key Tasks & Responsibilites:
The Digital Lead Distribution will report into the Head, DL Order to Cash (O2C).

Supports the DL Head SCM as well as Digital Program Leads in developing the strategy and roadmap for the overall Warehousing and Transportation Portfolio for the CH and PH divisions.

Provides business-oriented domain expertise on all programs/capabilities within the portfolio.

Manages stakeholder expectations by supporting DL Head O2C and Program Leads in effectively communicating the various program's vision, strategy and roadmap to global, regional and country stakeholders.

Supports and in some cases leads delivery of global programs and capabilities at the regions and countries by partnering with divisional stakeholders, Regional Digital Leads, Product Teams, other IT functions and strategic vendors/partners.

Coordinates roadmap and activities with pharma business stakeholders. Oversees the financials for programs and capabilities they are assigned to.

Supports in driving the adoption of the functional portfolio and related technologies across Bayer Consumer Health and Pharma.

Qualifications & Competencies (education, skills, experience):
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience.

Experience of working in O2C, SCM, distribution, warehousing and related process flow in SAP.

Experience of working in complex global teams.

Experience in the business domain relevant to the digital lead area Good problem solving and decision-making skills

Strong communication, influence and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead through influence working in a cross functional team, building relationships with engineering teams and business stakeholders

Ability to define, effectively communicate and measure the business value of proposals and deliverable
