System Performance Engineer (M/F/d):

We are looking for a new talent in our Engineering Center in Boecillo (close to Valladolid).

Your tasks:

Developing occupant restraint systems (focus in airbags, seatbelts) and optimizing its performance
Planning and coordination of all system relevant engineering activities (testing and CAE)
Analysis and presentation of results from crash tests, sled tests and CAE
Responsible contact for customer and product engineering (Airbag, Seatbelt, Steering Wheel) with respect to occupant safety system performance
Ensure fulfillment of Engineering development costs

Your profile:

Master / Diploma Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, or equivalent with a strong background in mechanics
Experience in automotive projects' development desirable
Knowledge of Legal Requirements and Consumer Ratings in Occupant Safety as well as in Occupant Crash Testing and Occupant Crash Simulation desirable
Being committed and efficient as well as fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of German and / or French as well as skills in communication and coordination with people for planning, execution and analysis desirable
