We are looking for a Customer Service representative to join our team.Key responsabilities:
- Ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers (B2B)
- Provide delivery commitment to customer and followup on order activity, to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies
- Manage orders, proforma and invoice creation, corrections,
- Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, leadtime, products, and availability, through an efficient and friendly commination with customers, to maintain excellent customer relationships
- Coordinate internally with other departments (sales, logistics, finance, and production) to keep all aware of customer activities
- Spanish and English are essential. French desirable.
