DESCRIPTION:

Currently, we are looking for a Communications and Events Manager to make the team even stronger.

To succeed in this role you should be highly creative, with developed communication, organization and people management skills.

The ability to work in a dynamic environment and communicate at different levels within the organization would be a great success factor.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Development and implementation of EPAM Spain communications and events strategy
Defining quantifiable success metrics and OKRs
Overseeing corporate internal and external communication channels to meet business goals
Working with internal stakeholders, functional leads, and project managers to develop the best solutions
Brand content management: Building content plans for various internal and external platforms, including internal knowledge bases, social media channels, etc
Organization of internal and external events aimed at strengthening employer brand on the market
Development of ESG programs in collaboration with the global program leaders and the local administrations
Collaboration with local and regional media representatives

WHAT YOU HAVE

8+ years of proven experience in communications and/or marketing
Excellent communication, presentation, public speaking, and interviewing skills
Experience in building robust communications programs and plans
Passion for storytelling and flexibility in crafting diverse content
Ability to organize and coordinate online and offline events for international audiences
People management experience
Very good English skills
Experience in multicultural environment will be an asset
Experience gained in the IT industry or PR/Creative agencies
Project management and problemsolving skills
