An opportunity for a HR Generalist has arisen within Airbus Operations, Madrid (Getafe)
:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support HR Administrative Processes in close link with HRBPs
Accompany On Boarding & Off Boarding activities
Analyse HR Data & create HR metrics & reports to follow up Team & HR Performance
Accompany the team project leaders in the deployment of theirs activities
Accompany the TAP in the entire selection and recruiting process: sourcing, screening and interviewing.
Participate in Employment Marketing actions & events

Human Resources, Economics, Administration and Others are as well welcome since you are motivated for the role
