This is your opportunity to have an impact As a Customer Service Representative for the Europe Customer Operations Centre (COpC) in Barcelona you will become part of a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse work environment where you will be part of a dedicated team delivering top customer support.


Your Role:


  • Raise quotes, process orders and manage deliveries and invoicing
  • Take incoming inquiries from customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the quote to invoicing cycle
  • Innovate new ways of meeting the customer needs
  • Support, guide and escalate if necessary
  • Collaborate across departments and geographies
  • Assists in adhoc tasks

Qualifications:


Your profile:


  • Native German and proficient in English. Good level of French would be a plus
  • Experience in a similar role and environment will be considered a plus
  • Positive attitude to delight customers a customer centric mind
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, word)
  • Ability to solve complex issues that are in the best interest of the customer and the company
  • Time management in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong team working skills
  • Strong Organizational skills to maximize productivity
