We are looking for a
People Partner
(HRBP) who leads the development of Tropiclusters, according to internal processes and organizational culture, in order to achieve a human team with potential to achieve the objectives of the business


Your challenge & roles:

- from onboarding to career development

  • Support on entry level talent acquisition

Your responsibilities:


  • Design and implement a comprehensive talent development program, including onboarding, skills training, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to address them.
  • You will be the owner of the DPT (description of the job position) and you will maintain and update all of them.
  • Main responsible for the validation period process, biannual performance review & annual salary reviews.
  • Implement different initiatives and processes to make employees become brand advocates
  • Champion the communication, tools & People agenda across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding career path planning and goal setting.
  • Collaborate in global HR projects or activities
  • Lead & manage teambuilding committee.
  • Manage the onboarding process of new hires, before and after they start in the company to smooth their KO in the company and to ensure successful onboarding.
  • You will be the owner of the Talent Map of Tropicfeel, making sure mission & roles for all employees are updated, and we have the needed team to sustain the company's success.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance workplace happiness and employee engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and wellbeing through regular surveys and feedback sessions, implementing improvements based on the results.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as leadership, communication, and teambuilding.
  • Implement strategies to retain top talent, identifying and addressing retention risks and opportunities.
  • Arrange Kick Offs with the hiring manager & head of staff to understand their needs and what type of profile is the best for them.
  • Be the hiring partner for some hiring managers during the interview process.
  • Build a great database of contacts who are looking for new adventures in the sexiest startups.
