**Region Quality Manager

Reporting to both the Region Manager and the Quality Manager of EAGL, the selected person will be responsible for Managing the Quality of the Region, Supporting EAGL Quality improvement
Job responsibilities:
Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Trains and motivates employees to ensure that quality standards aremet. 
Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing to information analysis.
Meets financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses and monitoring procedures.
Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
Audit each site of Envision AESC global based on QMS, IATF16949 and VDA6.3 to advise and promote the quality improvements,
Assists in the recruiting process
Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits.
Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Support globally implementing QMS and VDA related processes reporting to EAGL Quality top (Currently EAJP Fujihara),
Support creating and implementing company quality standards and QMS (Quality Management System) based on IATF16949 and VDA6.3,
