OF THE WORK/TASKS

  • Under the supervision of the finance and procurement coordinators and in close coordination with the Resource and Service Centre Unit team members:
  • Management of documents, including printing, dissemination for signature, scanning, filing, etc.
  • Data entry into databases and/or systems
  • liaison by telephone with external stakeholders (such as providers, contractors, etc.).
  • Checking of travel documents and preparation of reimbursement files of experts attending meetings.
  • Generic administrative support in the Finance, Procurement and Facilities sections.
    Requisitos

REQUIREMENTS:


  • EDUCATION:
  • Post-secondary education.

ESSENTIAL:

  • Experience in carrying out the tasks described above.
  • Detail

- and quality-oriented person.
  • Good working knowledge of English and Spanish (equivalent to B2 level).
  • Capacity to work efficiently and harmoniously in a team and also independently.
  • Excellent serviceoriented attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word.
  • ASSETS:
  • Experience of an international/multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of MS Teams.

Tendrás un contrato a través de Adecco de 6 meses de duración.

  • Trabajarás de lunes a viernes en horario de jornada partida
  • Ganarás un salario de 15,86 euros brutos hora
