Our client, with 25 years of experience in the industry, is a leading provider of cloud-based human capital technology and services, helping businesses navigate complex HR challenges in an efficient way.
As a Workday partner, they want to help the Iberia market realize the full power and potential of this tool.
They are looking for an experienced Workday Sales Executive, to be based in Madrid or remote from Spain, and to be responsible for the full sales cycle and take Workday to new heights.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract signing in the Iberia market
- Identify and engage with prospective clients, establishing strong relationships with the Clevel to understand their business needs and align solutions accordingly
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Workday solutions
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and key decisionmakers within target industries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective delivery of sales initiatives and successful client onboarding
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to showcase the value proposition of Workday solutions, tailoring presentations and proposals to meet client requirements
- Demonstrate strong upselling skills to secure product adoption and secure incremental budgets that align with client objectives and drive client growth
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the sales strategy
Core Skills/experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 7+ years of B2B selling experience, with a focus and demonstrated success in HR software
- Solid experience in selling or/and implementing Workday
- Additional experience with Payroll technology, HR Business Consulting and HR Cloud Solutions will be valuable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Strategic mindset and the ability to analyze HR transformation trends and competitive landscapes
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals
- Proven ability of working under pressure with resilience and tenacity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to travel (1025% of the time) to support meetings with clients
