(Senior) Validation Manager - Global Quality:

As a (Senior) Validation Manager in our Global Quality team, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of our quality control laboratories at Boehringer Ingelheim.

Your expertise in validation standards and test strategy development, in compliance with our GxP regulations, will drive this change.


Tasks and responsibilities:


  • Create and review Computer System Validation (CSV) documents in accordance with standard operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide consultation and support to process and system owners for our laboratory systems, ensuring the validated status of computeraided systems and consistent documentation within our projects.
  • Independently drive continuous improvement of documentation of our laboratory computer systems. Confidently present and defend the validation status of our laboratory computer systems in inspections and audits.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, ideally in the field of computer system validation.
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management Systems is desirable.
  • High team spirit and excellent collaboration skills.
  • Creativity, structured and precise work approach, handson mentality.
  • Good communication skills. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
