JOB DESCRIPTION:


The SI Connectivity Key Account Manager is responsible for optimizing, auditing and improving integrations with key partners (chains and platforms).

This role enables fluent communication with internal stakeholders, as well as the suppliers and partners. Calls, meetings and on site visits are required, as well as periodic status reporting and trade shows attendance.

In addition to supplier and relationship management, you will be key to identify opportunities, and improvements in coordination with both the technical as commercial teams, impacting directly the supplier success.


The role combines business background with analytics and offer high exposure to the technical aspect of connectivities, allowing you to gain rapid vast company/sector knowledge and strong basis for professional growth in the Hotelbeds Group.


Accountabilities and responsibilities:

  • Review (overall/regional/local) performance, and new implementations
  • Brainstorming and identifying new opportunities with suppliers and partners (new API connections, upgrades.)
  • Accuracy review and agree actions
  • Discuss future plans on the table and how to translate commercial ideas into the connectivity
  • Overall set up / auditing of suppliers
  • Internal tools improvements
  • Participate in the roll out of new connectivities
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders on processes, as well as suppliers and platforms

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree Economics, Business or Tourism.
  • Fluid English and Spanish required and any other language will be a plus
  • High organizational and methodical capabilities
  • High knowledge of Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word )
  • Experience managing product requirements and keeping documentation up to date.
  • Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • A datadriven mindset.

Nice to have:

  • Related experience with hotel/airline sector.
  • Data analysis knowledge with any of the following tools: Tableau, Kibana
