We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team on a
paternity cover contract for a minimum of 5 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Property Management team of a leading developer and operator of purpose-built student accommodation in the US, Latin America, and Europe.

Reporting directly into the Director, Operations, and collaborating with the Corporate Sales & Marketing team, you will play a key part in CA's European growth and expansion into Spain, and ensuring occupancy goals are met across our Novel Student portfolio.

You will be supporting the marketing team to ensure the smooth coordination and delivery of several marketing initiatives across all new launches and student residences nationally.

Ensuring that occupancy and revenue goals are met as a result of implementing effective sales and marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

Implement sales techniques and plans to secure budgeted occupancy
Drive revenue management to maximize revenues at each property
Develop relationships with campus departments and other business partners
Analyze market trends and respond to weekly occupancy reports
Conduct effective sales presentations, site training, and provide leasing information
Create and implement property sales plans in conjunction with the leadership teams; lead the training of professional and student staff of leasing initiatives and lead the execution of sales plans at property level
Conduct market competition surveys
Coordinate marketing projects and activities
Assist in the production of show suite photo shoots and video elements
Manage all promotional and print suppliers
Track competitor activity and identify new advertising opportunities
Create and implement events calendar and attend events throughout the year
Extensive travel may be required

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in student housing sales & marketing, with demonstrated success
Experience in Purpose Built Student Accommodation in Spain is desirable
Experience in leaseup of new build projects preferred
Experience in databases and software including property management software, booking engines, and CRM/lead management platforms
Ability to work in a fastpaced and everchanging environment
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Superb presentation and training

Salary:
Up to 45,000.00€ per year
