- Must possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
- Prior experience in AP software, with knowledge of Dynamics AX considered a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meticulous attention to detail, and efficient task prioritization.
- Previous Accounts Payable experience in a dynamic, multi-country, multi-currency setting.
- Fluency in Spanish, good command of English, and familiarity with French.
- Hands-on experience in accounts reconciliation and Purchase Order processes.
- Conduct training sessions on Purchase Orders for new team members and stakeholders.
- Review and assess product receipt status as requested by internal users.
- Verify and validate purchase orders and invoices.
- Provide assistance to AP Accounts for discrepancies between POs and invoices.
- Assist in the monthly closing process for all PO-related transactions.
- Perform testing on new releases of the PO system to ensure seamless functionality.
- Ensure accuracy by confirming Purchase Orders.
- Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Verify approvals for payment requests.
- Review invoice codes for correctness and validity.
- Confirm correct vendor selection for payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely invoice processing.
- Address and resolve issues promptly or escalate as needed.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
- Perform timely payments processing.
- Reconcile with suppliers regularly.
- Conduct AP accounts reconciliation (Ledger/subledger).
- Offer support during internal and external Audit processes.
