Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute media planning strategies that align with client goals across national and global markets.
  • Manage relationships with media suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and optimal media placements.
  • Utilize advanced advertising technologies for media buying, with a focus on platforms like Google.
  • Prepare detailed commercial proposals and manage extensive advertising budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to branding and digital campaigns, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of media professionals, fostering an environment of ambition and high performance.
  • Operate with a high degree of selfmanagement and remote collaboration, maintaining rigorous standards and a clear focus on deliverables.

Preferred Skills:


  • Expertise in media planning tools and digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding capabilities.
  • Proficiency in programmatic buying and digital channels such as search, social, and ecommerce.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in media planning, with at least two years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage highbudget media campaigns and deliver on strategic objectives
