YOUR ROLE:


  • Whole OtC (Order To Cash) process with the customer from order capture, order to invoice processing and complaints management requests and issues.
  • Customer interactions (Internal/ External)
  • CSL performance: coordination with both Customers & Sales to reach excellence in ontime & infull deliveries Customer
  • Complaints investigation
  • Order Processing, Orders Management and support Finance Team in Cash collection & overdue invoice chasing / disputes if required
  • Give support with claims Management (Customer interaction and adhoc analysis during inbound call)
  • Support with Amazon account management
  • SAP management to followup orders

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Business Administration or similar educational background
  • Fluent level of english
  • Organization skills and capacity to prioritize following customers needs and urgencies.
  • Good MS office, specially excel.
  • Good attitude and proactiveness
