We are currently looking for an Associate Technology Implementation Consultant to join our team:


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate activities and communication of technical requirements with internal and external teams
  • Troubleshoot client issues related to network, security, performance, database or other issues
  • Enter time and thoroughly track implementation project status changes
  • Perform data mapping from the client's system(s)
  • Assist in the development of team processes and procedures to increase efficiency

Key Requirements:

  • IT Systems graduate
  • 1 year of experience
  • Able to perform software installation (WK solution, Databases, Operating System, Backup, Antivirus, etc.) and IT and hardware troubleshooting at customer premises
- knowledge required:


  • Server and PC configuration on Windows Operating systems and virtual machines
  • Network Infrastructure: router, firewall, VPN
  • Driving license and able to travel to work at customer premises
