To continue this incredible adventure, we are looking for a
Senior
Debt Collections Agent - German speaking, full-time to join our talented team at our Berlin HQ.

What you will contribute:

Advise customers on their various payment plan options and negotiate the most suitable payment plan
Respond to customer queries
Escalate complex cases
Be the liaison between the business, customers, and external agencies
Interact with other departments to find the best solutions

What you bring:

Ideally a first experience in Debt Collection

Fluent in German and good English skills

Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Ability to multitask and work with targets and tight deadlines
Experience with MS Office and Salesforce is a plus
