At ADM VALUE we are recruiting telephone agents for one of our prestigious clients (airline company).

We are looking for:

\- 2 telephone agents native level of German with advanced level of English.

Help to achieve production and quality targets in terms of customer service and provide as much support as possible.

Help to improve our customers' experience on a daily basis.

Native level of German

Advanced level of English to provide support when needed.

Good communication and people skills.

Proactive and multitasking skills.

Work experience in customer service will be an asset.

Eager to learn and grow day by day.

Contract of 39h - indefinite contract

Training and contract start on Monday 3 July
