QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE:

Essential job requirements:

Degree in biomedicine or related disciplines.
Experience in cell culture and animal handling.
Competencies and skills: Communication, Teamwork and collaboration, Commitment, Proactivity, Integrity, Critical and Analytical thinking.
Good level of English.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The applicant will work under the supervision of IP.

She/He will carry out the following research activities:

Generate and expand the collection of organoids derived from patients.
Define organoidderived xenograft using immunosuppressed mice.
Generate genetic engineered patientderived organoids through CRISPR/CRISPRi system.
Employ organoids for drug testing.
