Your work-life opportunity:

As Global Business Analyst, you will be part of the Glovo Brand Marketing Services, which provides a suite of services designed to help Glovo's most strategic CPG Brands.

Your priority will be to work close to local teams in order to unlock growth of local BMS revenues. In addition, you will be responsible for the usage optimization of our assets.


The "Brand Marketing Services" department is in charge of creating, selling, and executing marketing campaigns for top brands willing to invest to drive visibility of their products and services to a very appealing target audience.


Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Analyze department performance vs. target and identify opportunities.
  • Support on the implementation of new marketing services available for Brands.
  • Coordinate global Monthly Business Reviews presentation
  • Create and update performance KPI dashboards
  • Develop tools which optimize local operations (example: Data studio reporting)
  • Help to develop global templates for best practices sharing across markets.
  • Implement a new onboarding and training process for new joiners of the team.

You have:


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in management, business administration, engineering, marketing
  • Minimum of 3 year of professional experience in FMCG or digital background
  • Analytical skills
  • Planning, prioritization and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to communicate efficiently both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fastpaced startup environment
