Clinical Researcher

Peripheral Nervous System group
The Peripheral Nervous System group is specialized in Neuromuscular diseases (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,
myasthenia gravis, myopathies and inflammatory neuropathies).

The main lines of investigation are:
identification of
biomarkers in ALS and genetics (Whole exome, Whole genome and RNA sequencing) techniques)

We are involved in many different clinical trials concerning ALS, myasthenia and inflammatory neuropathies

Education and qualifications:


Required:

Neurologist specialized in neuromuscular diseases


Desired:
-

Training in clinical trials

  • Knowledge of neurophysiology

Experience and knowledge:


Required:
-

At least 1 year of experience working in Neuromuscular diseases after Residence in Neurology


Desired:
-

Knowledge of genetics

  • Ability to perform electromyographic test

Main responsibilities and duties:
-

Investigator in clinical trials in Neuromuscular diseases (Myathenia gravis, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,
Myopathies)

  • Give support in consultations
  • Collaborate with other neurologist of the Neuromuscular Unit in staff
  • Analyze of data

Labour conditions:
-

Part-time position: 30h/week.

  • Starting date: First of July 202
  • Gross annual salary: 22.500,00 euros
  • Contract**:temporary linked to different clinical trials.
