We are looking for an

Intern (f/m) to join our Sales Support team based in our offices in Ansoáin.

What you'll learn & achieve:


  • Feed the Global CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, Salesforce, through the registration of Leads, Customer Accounts, Opportunities, Quotations and Orders.
  • Ensure that all documentation required by the internal audit department is stored in ECM (Enterprise Content Management).
  • Follow up on credit profiles, requesting revisions if necessary, and support the Accounts Receivable department to request the release of held orders.
  • Support the Sales department with the followup of open Leads and Opportunities to ensure that the L2O (Lead to Order) portfolio is as up to date as possible.
  • Create Incidents in Salesforce for troubleshooting or corrections that only the technical department can resolve.
What makes you a great fit:


  • Degree in Business Administration and Management
  • High level of English. B2 or higher is a must
