- Gestionar despachos aduaneros de importación y exportación de mercancías de terceros países para las Divisiones de venta, Fábricas y Empresas del Grupo Siemens en España, optimizando operaciones y aplicando normativa aduanera vigente.
- Gestión documental, incluyendo revisión de Facturas comerciales o proforma, Packing List, Certificados de origen, Permisos y Licencias, Pedidos de Compra, entre otros.
- Revisión de clasificación arancelaria, aranceles, impuestos y tasas a pagar en la importación.
- Emisión de Certificados de Origen, Certificados de Circulación, Gestiones Paraaduaneras, y atención de requerimientos de Aduanas.
- Gestionar importaciones y exportaciones de la Unión Europea para generar y presentar la Declaración Intrastat ante la Agencia Tributaria.
- Formación en áreas empresariales (administración y dirección de empresas, logística y transporte, gestión aduanera, etc.).
- Experiencia en gestión de aduanas y despachos aduaneros.
- Conocimientos avanzados de SAP y Microsoft Office.
- Buen nivel de inglés.
- Habilidades comunicativas y alto nivel de colaboración y coordinación con otros departamentos.
