Who We Are

The Role


Solera has a great opportunity for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager who is comfortable measuring their success by their impact on pipeline and marketing-attributable revenue growth.

You'll help with defining, executing and optimizing full-funnel marketing programs to acquire new leads. You'll impact performance across multiple potential channels including paid search, display, paid social, content syndication, and retargeting.

  • In conjunction with the Marketing Business Partners & Sales teams, develop highimpact marketing campaign plans for Solera, and help identify the most effective messaging channels and calls to action
  • Work with Marketing Business Partners and Sales on monthly budget allocation to ensure attainment of monthly lead quality and quantity objectives
  • Constantly monitor, measure, and tune the performance of the lead funnel, driving optimizations and a clear, actionable test & learn agenda.
  • Partnering with the Analytics Team, lead marketing campaign reporting via PowerBI Dashboards, demonstrating ROI and analysis to continually optimize campaigns.
What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years marketing and demand generation experience, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience in additional channels / platforms is a strong plus
  • ABM experience highly desirable
  • Expertise in tracking and measurement from pixel implementation to UTM generation
  • Software or B2B technology industry experience preferred, as well as broad marketing process exposure in a company driven by analytics
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to run marketing campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, customer cross/upsell across different channels and platforms
  • A resultsdriven selfstarter with excellent project management and communication skills
  • Business level (Negotiation) English skills
